What can I expect from this experience?
Travel through the final years of Vincent van Gogh’s creative journey. An awe-inspiring experience that immerses you in the work of one of the greatest artists of all time.

New Media Art Center, Revaler Straße 99, 10245 Berlin
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors (please note: no air conditioning available).
How long does the experience last?
On average, visitors spend around 1.5 hours at the exhibition.
Are food and drinks available for purchase?
No, food and drinks are not available.
Is there parking?
Unfortunately, there are no visitor parking spaces directly at the exhibition venue. However, you’ll find public and some paid parking options near the RAW area. Please be sure to follow the applicable regulations.
Will there be additional dates?
We cannot guarantee that additional dates will be added. For the latest availability, please check the page with confirmed dates and times.
Is there a dress code?
No, there is no dress code. Casual attire in which you feel comfortable is perfectly fine.
Is merchandise available on site?
Yes! Merchandise items are available for purchase in the on-site shop.
Tickets
Where can I buy tickets?
- In the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store
- On the Fever website
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Yes, there will be a box office at the venue. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive. We strongly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance through the Fever app or website to secure your spot.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another person free of charge. Simply tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need additional help, please contact us and include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No printing required. You’ll find your tickets in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available in the Apple App Store and Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You can also find your QR code in your confirmation email.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?
Your ticket will appear in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app. If you haven’t installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please make sure to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can’t find it, please contact us.
Are refunds or exchanges possible?
Depending on availability, you may change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the experience begins. In this case, please contact us and include your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more details, please check our Terms & Conditions.
Can I make a group booking?

Accessibility
Do I need to arrive at the exact time of my booked time slot?
Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket. If you are a few minutes late, that’s not a problem.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed at the venue — however, service animals are welcome.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Which items are prohibited at this experience?
Weapons, drugs, outside food and drinks, and any items that could disturb other visitors are not permitted.
Are companion tickets available?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience may request a free ticket for their personal companion. Please contact us here with proof of eligibility. Once received, we will provide you with a voucher to claim your free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that at entry, both the regular ticket and the companion ticket must be presented.
Is the experience accessible for deaf or visually impaired visitors?
Unfortunately, this experience has not been adapted for deaf or visually impaired guests. We do our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend exploring other events in your city.
Are strobe lights used?
No, there are no strobe lights used in this experience.
Are there chairs? Can I sit down during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but you will find some seating areas available if you need a short break.
Are there restrooms at the venue?
Yes, restrooms are available — please ask the event staff for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
You are welcome to take and share photos. Please be mindful not to disturb other guests while doing so. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed. If you want to upload photos or videos to social media, don't forget to tag us @vincent.immersiv
Is there a Lost & Found service?
No, unfortunately, there is no Lost & Found service.
Is there a cloakroom?
No, there is no cloakroom at the venue.
Is there an age restriction?
This experience welcomes all ages! Please note, however, that the venue is not accessible for strollers.
Are audio guides available?
No, this experience does not include an audio guide.
